A costui Tara trasmise il metodo per praticare la sua sadhana e la particolare meditazione tantrica del mahanuttara, quella che include il "mandala del corpo". La pratica di Tara Cittamani è quindi unica rispetto alle altre sadhane di Tara, che invece si collocano a livello del krya. Questa iniziazione può essere conferita soltanto a chi ha già ricevuto un'altra iniziazione di livello analogo.it_IT
